4.2 Withdrawal Terms

9.1 Suspension or Closure by tbaej

• Request from law enforcement agencies.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

9.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. It is possible to withdraw valid funds before closing the account, however bonus funds will not be returned.

tbaej bears no liability in the following cases:

• If a gaming session is disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• If any error occurs in the software of a third-party game provider.
• If loss occurs due to issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• If loss occurs as a result of unauthorized account access, provided the user did not notify tbaej in a timely manner.
• Unforeseeable events (Force Majeure) — such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, etc., causing service interruption.

In any case, tbaej's liability shall be limited solely to the amount of the relevant transaction.
